ABOUT me
From the age of 3 I was a competitive ballroom dancer, and up until I was 16 trained in various styles of dance. During my teens I was pretty under weight and over exercised and under ate, until I was abut 17 when I stepped foot into a gym for the first time. At first, I LOVED cardio. Running, cycling, rowing. You name it. After a little while I ventured into the weight section and after a few months of training I really noticed a physical difference in my body. I love the way exercise makes me feel (mentally as well as physically) and there’s no better feeling than lifting something that you really thought you wouldn’t be able to!
