ABOUT me
Since the age of 3, I competed as a ballroom dancer and trained in various dance styles until I turned 16. During my teenage years, I struggled with being underweight, over-exercising, and undereating, until I first stepped into a gym at 17. Initially, I was passionate about cardio - running, cycling, and rowing were my faves. After some time, I explored the weight section, and within a few months, I noticed a significant physical change in my body. I fell in love with lifting! Over the last decade, my own journey has not only transformed me but has also empowered my clients to achieve their fitness goals. I love how exercise makes me feel, both mentally and physically, and there's nothing quite like the buzz of lifting something I once thought was impossible!
